1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after successful payment confirmation. Weekends and Philippine public holidays are excluded from processing days. Any orders placed after holiday hours will be dispatched the next working day.
2. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Threshold
We deliver all over the Philippines via standard shipping only.
Metro Manila: Flat shipping fee ₱120 | Free shipping for orders over ₱1600
Luzon Provinces, Visayas & Mindanao: Flat shipping fee ₱200 | Free shipping for orders over ₱2400
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Manila: 7–10 business days after shipment
Provincial regions: 10–15 business days after shipment
Delivery delays may be caused by customs inspection, extreme weather, remote logistics backlogs or courier peak seasons, which are beyond our control. No compensation will be offered for normal delays.
4. Customs, VAT & Import Charges
Per Philippine Bureau of Customs regulations:
Orders valued ≤ PHP 10,000: Exempt from import duty and VAT (de minimis rule)
Orders valued over PHP 10,000: Buyer shall fully bear 12% VAT and relevant customs clearance fees
All customs duties, surcharges and handling fees are the sole responsibility of buyers. Our store will not cover any unexpected customs costs. Please fill in complete, accurate full name, address and valid contact number to avoid clearance failure.
5. Order Tracking
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can check real-time logistics status online anytime.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
Packages returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number or recipient refusing to receive goods: All return shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer.
Parcels detained by customs for more than 90 days will be discarded in accordance with local customs rules, with no product refund or compensation provided.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We strictly comply with Philippine import control rules. If your order contains prohibited items, we will cancel the order and only refund the product amount without reimbursement of shipping fees.
